When Bandai America first announced their Dragon Ball Super: Dragon Stars line, I was absolutely ecstatic. And while I can't speak for all of Canada, my province doesn't get Dragon Ball merchandise (with the exception of Funko Pop! figures, the occasional poster, and that's about it.) Because of my immense hatred for super-deformed figures, I'm unable to collect Dragon Ball products with the exception of the rare thrift store find as importing Japanese products to Canada is, quite frankly, more expensive than my house.
The Dragon Ball Super: Dragon Stars aren't sold in any store in my province, Amazon has each figure for $60.00+, and BigBadToyStore is almost completely sold out of the things. This is absolutely unacceptable as every Dragon Ball fan in my province is essentially forced to either settle for Funko Pop! figures or spend $100 importing S.H. Figuarts. And as I've had substitute teachers from Jamaica who were Dragon Ball fans... I'd say a lot of people love this franchise.
This post really serves no purpose other than allowing me to see how many other places in the world Bandai ignores.

Have you checked Walgreens, CVS, and Gamestop? I know I've seen them at Walgreens and Gamestop... not sure about CVS.
Maybe someone on here would be willing to buy them and ship them to you for only slight profit? I don't know how expensive shipping would be. I don't go shopping enough to be able to help you get every single figure unfortunately. But I guess I could start buying the ones I see. They do seem to be selling for rip off prices on ebay, so if you didn't want them, I could resell them, if nothing else...

If you're lucky, on a app named Mercari usually has them for normal price. ($20) I've seen The first and second waves going for 20 each.

Walgreens and CVS don't exist in Canada and, unfortunately, EB Games only carries Funko Pop! figures and mystery orbs. Unfortunately, shipping to Canada is quite expensive so buying online isn't an option.

I've seen them at Target, is that in Canada? They were for a year-or-so, but horrible financial decisions caused them to go out of business here. Instead of testing the waters in Canada, they instead chose to expand to something akin to their U.S. presence.
