If they did release Cooler, they could have his normal form as the regular release and his metal form as the SDCC exclusive.
Of course, that would be instant scalping material for both...

Monster Zarbon and normal Zarbon are two completely different shaped characters....unless they'd include separate legs, arms, a torso, and a new head, with another figure......not going to happen. They would make two Zarbons, separately. Anyways, my votes went to Cooler (for Metal Cooler, not the others), Neiz, and Doore (because I have not made them yet). Zarbon is my favorite character from the series due to being a dual dynamic of the beauty and the beast; it is this double persona that makes him my favorite. However, he is still the same character. Well, when someone votes for Zarbon, they can specific which form they want in figurine format. We don't need separate votes for separate forms as they are still the same character. Personally, I would like to have additional attachments and parts for the head, torso, etc. all included in one package. This isn't much really since SH pumped out some excellent pieces in the last year related to MegaMan and OnePiece doing this same form of justice with an excelsior amount of accessories. You aren't understanding the fact that having a Zarbon and Monster Zarbon would require TWO figures. There's no way in hell Bandai could even add pieces for a Monster version without making it a two-pack and it costing $100. They would be two different releases.

Good idea Gonstead! The only things that they would absolutely have to make new parts for would be the feet, hands, and tail! I'd buy both figures. When I make a new figuarts poll after sdcc I'll try to remember to mention that in the poll choice.
Concerning monster Zarbon, I'd definitely prefer they not try to make one figure that does everything. It would end up being an ugly disaster. Just make a regular, pretty Zarbon with the usual extra faces and hands, and accessorize him with two dragon balls he can hold at his side. One hand should be capable of being posed adjusting his hair, and another should be for his blast attack. Then, if they were to make a monster Zarbon, he'd need to be a much bigger figure in every dimension, and he wouldn't particularly need anything other than extra hands and faces, and hopefully the hands (since they would be huge) would have articulation so he could grab Vegeta and beat the crap out of him lol.

There's no way in hell Bandai could even add pieces for a Monster version without making it a two-pack and it costing $100. They would be two different releases. They've now decreased the price of each of the original Piccolo and Goku pieces in the US release to just $34.95 each as opposed to being $59.99 and $69.99 a pop. This is great for now but the only way I'd be satisfied is if they release the aforementioned folk as opposed to repeated versions of the same protagonists over and over. At this rate, we'd be seeing Goku in Cell Saga armor, Super Saiyan Goku with casual clothes, Goku with Yardrat outfit, Super Saiyan 3 Goku, Kaioken Goku, etc. over and over; more useless stuff of this caliber as opposed to one piece I would actually purchase, that being Zarbon, Dodoria, and Cui.

I'm with you on that. I'd totally buy a Monster Zarbon to replace my custom.

Thanks. Honestly, I would take any characters over the thousand versions of Goku and Vegeta being pumped out of recent.
